Magnolia and Orchid

We offer a method of payment in accordance with the stages of construction:

• upon signing a preliminary contract 10%;
• upon reaching the level at which the property is located 20%;
• upon signed act 14 /for acceptance of the construction/ 30%;
• with a signed act 15 30%;
• in case of issued permission for use 10%.

Prices range from 950 € to 1000 EUR/m2, depending on the specific building, floor and other features.
