The identical first and second floors have two entrance halls and 2 two-bedroom apartments per floor.

The attic floor consists of an entrance hall and 2 one-bedroom apartments.

The pedestrian access to the buildings by the pavement from the street, through the plot to the entrance halls. The access for cars to the above-ground garages and parking lots /18 pieces/ will be from the street, through an internal section covered with asphalt pavement.
