Green future

The buildings will be constructed with a skeletal reinforced concrete structure – with slab beams, columns and earthquake washers.

The external walls are 25 cm of Porotherm brickwork, and the internal ones are of different thicknesses - 25, 12 and 8 cm, also with Porotherm bricks. In the sanitary units, the composite walls are constructed with masonry of 25 and 6 cm and mineral wool insulation between them / with a minimum density of 60 kg /m3/ with a thickness of 3 cm.

The essential part of our project – the thermal insulation will be implemented as follows:

  • on the external walls and bay windows - 20 cm EPS on the outside;
  • on the ceiling of unheated above-ground garages - 10 cm "Multipor";
  • terraces above living quarters - 25 cm XPS;
  • on the roofs - 25 cm of stone wool;
  • on the walls of the stairwells / on the part of the heated rooms / and on the walls of the unheated garages - 10 cm thermal insulation with "Multipor" / which as a system has a total thickness of 12 cm and is installed glued, doweled and covered with reinforced plaster /;
  • the windows are PVC with triple glazing, gas-filled, as two of the glasses have low-emission coatings, Uw<1W/m2.k

The stairwells have direct lighting and ventilation

The facades of the buildings are styled in accordance with modern requirements, plastic volumetric solutions and the use of innovative building materials.

The railings on the balconies and loggias are made partly solid and partly openwork of aluminum construction with triplex panels.

The stair railings are made of aluminum construction.

The flat roofs are made of waterproofing - PVC membrane and the sloping ones - with embossed polyester sheet metal.

Entrance and floor lobbies, stairs are paved with granite. The walls of the entrance foyers are with decorative plaster, the floor foyers and the stairs - with latex. The ceilings of the common areas are suspended with LED lighting.

There is a suspended ceiling in the corridors. The entrance doors are "Solid" brand.

The apartments have heating, cooling and ventilation systems for all rooms and exhaust ventilation in the bathrooms and the toilets.

Aluminum radiators will provide the heating, and for each apartment there is a highly efficient condensing hot water boiler on natural gas.

For cooling in the living rooms of each apartment the is piping for inverter heat pump fan convectors - mono-split system.

To ensure a suitable microclimate throughout the year, each apartment has individual ventilation systems. The air treatment (filtration, waste heat recovery and reheating) takes place in an air treatment plant for work with 100% outside air. The utilization of processed air is carried out in a recuperative heat exchanger, which is equipped with a bypass, for operation in summer mode, thus "free-cooling" can be carried out for the whole apartment. The fresh air is heated by an electric heater, which will be used only for outside temperatures below -5 ° C. The air treatment plant is for internal horizontal installation, above a suspended ceiling, located in the warehouses or the bathrooms.

To ensure the intensive ventilation of the bathrooms and toilets, there is mechanical suction ventilation.
